My Story

I’m Catalina, born and raised in Romania, where my love for real food and balanced living began at a young age. My mum and grandma taught me the basics of a healthy lifestyle, cooking everything from scratch using fresh ingredients from my grandparents’ garden in the countryside. Every school holiday, my sister and I would spend time there feeding animals, helping with chores, playing outside, and learning how food was made and shared with love.When I moved to the UK for university, everything changed. I was suddenly surrounded by ready meals, long shelf lives, and produce that didn’t taste like home. Without the skills to cook, my eating habits changed, and so did my relationship with food and my body. Like many women, I was caught up in the pursuit of thinness trying to meet unrealistic ideals, always feeling like I had to be less, hoping it would bring happiness and acceptance. But instead, it led to low self-esteem, low energy levels, and a complicated relationship with food and my body.But something beautiful happened. I started cooking the simple soups and stews my mum and grandma used to make. It brought me comfort, and slowly, I began to reconnect with my roots and my body. I started sharing my meals online and discovered the joy of creating meals that nourishes, not restricts.That was the moment I decided to study nutrition, and in 2020, I qualified as a Nutrition Coach. I’ve since I’ve helped women regain their energy, feel more confident in their choices, at peace with food, and at home in their bodies - just like I learned to do for myself.

My Approach

I believe food is so much more than just fuel. It’s love, comfort, connection, and a way to care for yourself. For me, good health begins with real, nourishing food, simple habits, and a lifestyle that feels good to you.My approach is rooted in science-based nutrition education and supported by behaviour change training, so you’re equipped with both knowledge and practical tools. Because the truth is, most people already know what’s healthy. What’s often harder is knowing where or how to start, creating new habits, and making them last.That’s why I combine personalised nutrition with evidence-based behaviour change techniques. This approach allows me to meet you where you are and gently guide you toward a way of eating and living that actually fits your life.You are unique. Your body, your background, your routines, your pace and your nutrition and behaviours should reflect that. There’s no one-size-fits-all here.Together, we’ll find a way that’s flexible, kind, and sustainable. With the right support, knowledge, and encouragement, you can feel confident in your choices, more connected to your body, and empowered to take care of your health long term.

What Working Together Looks Like

1. A quick chat
We’ll start with a free 15–20 minute discovery call to get to know each other, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good match. If we are, I’ll help you choose the package that feels right — or we can tailor one just for you.
2. A simple agreement
If you decide to go ahead, I’ll send over a short consent form just to make sure we’re both clear, comfortable, and ready to begin.
3. Secure your spot
Once you’re ready, your payment confirms your space and allows us to move forward.
4. Getting to know you
You’ll complete a short health and lifestyle questionnaire. It’s not a test, just a way for me to understand more about your story, what’s going on for you day to day in terms of routines, preferences, challenges, and where you’d like some support.

5. Your first session
In this 60–90-minute session, we’ll walk through the questionnaire, eating habits, lifestyle, and relationship with food. We’ll talk about what truly matters to you and more importantly how you'd like to feel. From there, I’ll create a personalised plan with supportive resources.
6. Food diary (no judgement)
During your first week, you’ll keep a simple food diary for 3 or 7 days, whatever feels doable. This gives us a helpful starting point to gently reflect on your current habits and see what small, supportive changes can be implemented.
7. Ongoing support & Check-ins
We’ll meet regularly to reflect on your experience, celebrate progress, and gently adjust things where needed. This is where the behaviour change support comes in, helping you move from I know what I should be doing to actually doing it in a way that feels kind and natural.
Everything we cover will be documented in your personal nutrition guide, so you always have something to refer back to whenever you need it.

Creating lasting change takes time, dedication, patience, and a little self-compassion along the way. From my experience, real results happen when we have the space to go deeper: to explore the root of what's going on, build new habits gradually, and adjust things as life happens. I'm also a registered member of the FNTP (Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners), committed to ongoing professional development to support you with up-to-date knowledge.My qualifications include:

2. Client Responsibility
Your participation in coaching sessions is entirely voluntary. You are responsible for communicating any changes in your health, medications, or wellbeing throughout the coaching process.
3. Booking & Payments:
• Full payment is required prior to the start of your selected program and confirms your commitment to your selected program. This can be made by any card (Debit or Credit) or BACS transfer. Other payment options can be discussed and agreed individually.
• Once payment has been made, it is advisable to book the first batch of sessions in advance.
4. Nutrition Coaching Sessions & Programs
• To achieve maximum benefit, all programs are designed to be completed within a 18-week period.
• If this is not possible (special circumstances may apply), the programme may be extended to a maximum of 20 weeks.
• Any outstanding sessions not taken beyond the 20-week period maybe forfeited.
5. Cancellations/Rebooking & Refunds:
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Missed or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.
